SHIPPING

We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX on most orders within the continental US. Expedited services are available at an extra cost. Orders placed before 12PM Monday - Thursday will usually be shipped the following day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. International Shipping & Rates

We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Rates are calculated by weight - proceed to checkout to see the exact shipping quote for your order (you will be able to review your total before confirming your order). 

 

TAX

Orders being shipped to a California address will be charged CA sales tax (7.5%).  Any items being delivered out-of-state will be tax exempt.

 

LOST SHIPMENTS

Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carriers, therefore Les Deux Copines is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
