Vanessa Bruno honors raffia and its land of origin: Madagascar. The island is the cradle of a high quality raw material and is an expert in a unique weaving know-how that is perpetuated and developed from generation to generation. Entirely handmade, Vanessa Bruno raffia bags require five to twenty-two days of work for the most complex models. This production allows Malagasy women to have access to a profession and a stable source of income. We are proud to label all our bags with a leather label stating "Handmade in Madagascar".

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The raffia cabas tote bag is handmade in a natural and artisanal material. It is therefore fragile and precious. To maintain the maximum quality of your product over time, we suggest you store it away from light and in a dry place after each use. If your bag were to take an unsightly crease, we recommend that you apply steam away from the bag in order to reshape the natural fiber.
